The report will emphasize the key performance metrics such as sales size and gross margin and will clearly identify where retail businesses in our industry should focus their attention. A confidential, personalized report will evaluate your business’ results relative to other stores of similar size and operating characteristics and will lay out a road map for profit improvement. Along with your Performance Analysis Report you will receive access to Profit Toolkit Online, a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet designed to help you plan critical financial improvements for your business.
Apart from the obvious benefit of providing information on how you can become more profitable, this report is also helpful in future lease negotiations and loan applications as it will provide real data on our industry and where you fit in the picture with your business.
What’s the catch? There is no catch. The Profit Planning Group independently conducts this survey for ASTRA. You will send your completed survey directly to Profit Planning Group and they will return your Performance Analysis Report directly to you. Fill out the survey and send it in to the Profit Planning Group. That’s all. The more surveys they receive, the more beneficial the results will be.
